Return Policy

We want your shopping experience at Yellow Kiss Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope you love every item you purchase, but if not, we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. If you have any questions, please email us at shop@yellowkissboutique.com

Items are eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

All items must be un-worn, un-washed and un-altered.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
All items must still have the original tags attached.
Items must be received by Yellow Kiss Boutique no later than 14 days from the original purchase date for a refund. We accept returns for a store credit for non final sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you place your order.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with a store credit.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.
Gift Cards, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights, socks and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Colors may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

If your items do not meet ALL of the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return your items as they will be rejected by our Returns Department and you will not receive credit.

To return any item, you are responsible for the shipping. If items meet our return policy, you will be credited the purchase price. Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please fill out and include the return slip that was included with your order.
